Helping children and young people
find their path in life.
Ellie Divine aims to make a positive, lasting impact in the lives of the children and young people placed in the Anvil. Our person-centred approach endows children, young people, and families to access a safe and fulfilling future. We pay attention to detail, hold outstanding therapeutic programmes, and provide specialist training for our carers and staff support our aim of upgrading the self-esteem, confidence, life chances, achievements, and placement stability of every young person in our care.
Our work embraces many specialist disciplines. For this shared purpose, we actively engage in enabling each one of the people in our care to achieve their personal best as defined by them. We offer opportunities for them to learn new skills, become more independent and try new experiences. As well as providing a full itinerary of in-house activities, such as sensory sessions carried out in the sensory room, we also encourage them to become active members of the community. This can include visiting local shops, cafes, and leisure facilities and going on holidays.
Above all, we aim to ensure that all employees are provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organisation.
